How out-of-hours work is arranged
It is booked in advance, not on demand. Once the scope and window are agreed in writing, the hours are reserved and billed at a premium on top of the standard £35 hourly rate — the exact uplift depends on the window and is confirmed before anything starts.
This is deliberately not a 24/7 answering service. It is planned cover for work that genuinely falls outside business hours, delivered by the same named assistant who already knows your systems.
