Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Wise Resolutions collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Who we are
Wise Resolutions is a virtual assistant and executive support business based in Enfield, London, serving clients across the United Kingdom. For the personal data described in this notice, Wise Resolutions is the data controller.
You can reach us at any time using the form on our contact page.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to deliver the service you ask for.
- Enquiry form — your name, business name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), preferred contact time (optional) and the message you write.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address and which page you signed up from.
- Interactive tools — the figures you enter into the ROI calculator and quote builder are worked out in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored unless you choose to submit an enquiry.
- Technical data — our hosting provider processes standard server information such as IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the site secure.
We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we do not ask for it through this website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a first enquiry.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether we can help — legitimate interests (responding to a request you made), moving to contract once we work together.
- To send occasional updates and resources by email — consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fix faults — legitimate interests.
- To meet accounting, tax and record-keeping duties once you become a client — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under written terms:
- Website hosting and database — our site and enquiry records are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with data stored in the European region.
- Email delivery — used only to send you replies or the updates you asked for.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, that transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
If you become a client, we will only access your systems and information as agreed with you in writing, and we will sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work — up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records — for the length of our working relationship and then for 6 years, to satisfy UK tax and accounting requirements.
- Newsletter sign-ups — until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
How we protect it
Access is limited to those who need it, connections to this site are encrypted in transit, and stored records are protected by database access rules. Devices used to handle client information are password protected and kept up to date.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to be informed, and to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask for your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, send a request through our contact page. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We review this notice regularly and will update the date at the top whenever it changes.
