Virtual PA

Virtual PA services across the UK

A virtual PA is not a task list. It is the person who protects your diary, filters your inbox, keeps correspondence moving and makes sure nothing that needs your decision waits a day for it — without a salary, a desk or a payroll number.

Diary and gatekeeping

Meetings booked, rescheduled and confirmed, travel and logistics coordinated, and protected blocks kept genuinely protected.

Inbox control

Triage twice daily, holding replies sent, urgent items flagged, everything else filed — so the inbox stops being a to-do list.

Correspondence and documents

Letters, proposals and reports formatted to a standard you would happily put your own name on, and follow-ups actually chased.

One named person, not a pool

The value of a personal assistant comes from accumulated context — knowing which clients matter, how you word things, what can wait and what absolutely cannot. That is destroyed by a rotating pool of assistants, which is how most agencies staff this work.

Wise Resolutions is deliberately one named person. You are not re-explaining your business every month, and your clients never receive a reply written in an unfamiliar voice.

Discretion and access

Virtual PA work is disproportionately sensitive — personal diaries, fee notes, client lists, board correspondence. A written confidentiality agreement forms part of every engagement, a separate NDA is available on request before any access is granted, and the business is fully insured, ICO registered and UK GDPR compliant.

Access is granted at the narrowest level that lets the work happen: delegated inbox access rather than shared passwords, named accounts rather than generic logins, and clean revocation whenever an engagement ends.

Questions

Common questions

What is the difference between a virtual PA and a virtual assistant?
In practice they overlap heavily. 'Virtual PA' usually describes support focused on one person — diary, inbox, travel and correspondence — while 'virtual assistant' more often covers business-wide admin such as invoicing, CRM and client onboarding. Both are available on the same rates.
How much do virtual PA services cost in the UK?
Wise Resolutions charges £35 per hour ad-hoc, with monthly retainers at £280 for 8 hours, £560 for 16 hours and £1,100 for 32 hours. UK virtual PA rates commonly sit between roughly £25 and £50 an hour depending on experience and whether you go through an agency.
Do you work with clients outside London?
Yes. Support is remote and delivered on UK business hours, so clients anywhere in the UK are supported on identical terms and identical rates.
Will you work inside my existing systems?
Yes. There is no software to buy or migrate to — work happens in your own inbox, calendar, drive and CRM, at the narrowest access level that lets the job get done.
